The Family Place is a model collaborative that consists of non-profit organizations that partner with city and county government agencies to provide a seamless system of early childhood development support and training.  Services are available to pregnant teens, women, and families with children under the age of nine.

Formerly known as the Utley Branch Library, it houses the 4C Family-to-Family  along with several other family oriented organizations.

“The Family Place is a partnership that unites the people and organizations in the community to promote the development of healthy children by responding to the unique needs of each family.  We work with our families and the community to create a safe and nurturing environment that is supportive of the well-being of children and families.”

Services

Along with the children's services provide by various partners, The Family Place also offers computer certification classes, open computer lab hours, and rental of conference rooms for community meetings.
